Refund Policy

You may return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing or damage.

Start a return from your account or by emailing support@zaaviq.studio with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Pack the items securely and drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order, ensuring you get the piece you want before it sells out.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
